It has 1 living room and 2 different sized bedrooms. The skybox is mesh and only has 8 prims. The doors are 2 prims each, totalling the skybox plus doors at only 12!
Gotta love mesh :D
The home is approx 18X19m so it will fit on most sizes of land.
